We are easygoing people and want you to have a restful, stress free stay with us. However, there are rules in place to protect our property and make a comfortable stay for every guest. NO parties or gathering events. Visitors other than guests - Host needs to know number, time and identities of outside visitors prior to booking.

ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or narcotics on the premises.

NO smoking on the property. If we see evidence of smoking it is immediate grounds for removal from the property without a refund.

NO pets of any kind. We have this policy to protect our health and our guests who suffer from allergies. There are many pet friendly accommodations in the area.

NO loud music or disturbance to neighbors. They live here permanently and we want to maintain a good relationship with them.

Host is not responsible for any items left by the guests. It is the guest's financial responsibility to cover the cost of shipping any item left in the home.
